Families First New York, Inc. and its affiliates, Families Services, Inc, Family Partnership Center, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ulster County, and Hudson Valley Mental Health, provides human services through cooperation, coordination, and partnership with other service delivery systems in the Mid-Hudson Valley and surounding region. The goad is to reduce duplication of services, maximize limited resources and enhance service availability to community members in a high quality, cost-effective manner.
