    MISSION STATEMENT Tapestry Health is dedicated to being a leader in providing high quality, caring health services and advocacy, for all those who are disenfranchised and under-served, with an emphasis on women and youth.

    BELIEF STATEMENTS 1. All women, men and adolescents have the right to be informed about and have access to all safe and effective methods of birth control. All women and adolescents have the right to access safe, legal, affordable options for pregnancy termination as well as childbirth. 2. Services shall be conducted in a culturally sensitive manner that is confidential and non-judgmental, where all decisions rest with the individual. 3. Services will be provided in a manner that emphasizes wellness, individual responsibility, increased awareness of healthy behaviors and support of individuals who take steps to improve their own health. 4. We support an inclusive definition of sexual orientation and gender identity and believe that positive messages about sexual and reproductive freedom and responsibility are fundamental to fostering wellness in our communities.
