EARTH University Foundation

From its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, EARTH University Foundation supports the educational vision of Costa Rica-based EARTH University through generous gifts from the global community and other programs and initiatives. Funds contributed to EARTH University Foundation are sent directly to EARTH University for their use. EARTH University Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity.

EARTH University Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of professionals from diverse backgrounds and regions, including prominent business leaders, successful community volunteers and an EARTH graduate. These individuals volunteer their time and resources to provide leadership, oversight, and approval of the Foundation’s administration and fundraising objectives, as well as advance the mission of the Foundation.

EARTH University is an international institution created out of a deep conviction that the environmental and social challenges confronting the planet can be resolved through education that promotes science, technology and entrepreneurship while focusing on essential human values, leadership and a commitment to social and environmental service. EARTH offers an undergraduate program in agricultural sciences and the rational use of natural resources leading to the licenciatura degree. The campus is located in Guacimo, Limon Province, Costa Rica.
