    Catholics for Housing has provided affordable housing opportunities throughout Northern Virginia for 34 years. We have affordable rental units in Arlington, Fairfax, and Fredericksburg.

    Catholics for Housing administers two direct-service programs. We provide rental assistance to seniors whose incomes are so low they cannot qualify to live in the Fairfax County senior retirement facilities. CFH also provides assistance with security deposits to help individuals and families move into a permanent rental home.

    Catholics for Housing develops homeownership initiatives and is currently utilizing Neighborhood Stablization Program (NSP) funding to purchase, rehab and resell foreclosed porperties in Prince William County.
