About Us
Safe Harbor of Chester County is a non-profit charitable organization, whose mission is to provide shelter, food, counseling and recovery opportunities in a structured environment to homeless single men and homeless single women in Chester County.
Safe Harbor’s goals go beyond just feeding the homeless and providing shelter. We seek to understand each person’s background, define short-term action plans designed to address their challenges and monitor their progress in rebuilding their lives, self-esteem, and moving to a more independent way of life.
