Lynch Leadership Academy cultivates and sustains school leaders working in high need communities through a rigorous, 14-month fellowship.
We develop effective district, charter and Catholic school leaders by…
• strengthening instructional expertise
• building executive management skills
• fostering a deep commitment to equity
…all fundamental to ensuring academic and social success for the students they serve.
Kicking off this spring with our 7th cohort, we've now developed 171 school leaders, impacting over 70,000 students across the Boston metropolitan area. In Boston Public Schools alone, one third of current principals are LLA alumni. We're demonstrating encouraging impact on student achievement, school culture and leadership sustainability. As we begin to expand and deepen our efforts in schools, districts and communities across the New England region and the nation, we'll be enthusiastically growing our team.
