ATX Chamber Music and Jazz

ATX Chamber Music and Jazz is a non-profit organization that brings world-class classical and jazz musicians to the Live Music Capital of the World. Inspired by Austin’s eclectic culture, the organization presents music in a variety of venues, commissions, and premieres new works, and provides social and educational opportunities for the Austin community. ATX Chamber Music and Jazz aims to elevate the cultural and artistic life of Austin by presenting a level of artistic excellence not regularly found in the city. 

ATXCMJ designs exhilarating concert experiences that break the mold of the traditional formal concert. We present concerts of the highest caliber in a variety of venues, in conjunction with social activities including happy hours, meet and greets with the artists, and pre-concert discussions. Our venues range from upscale to casual, from concert halls to bars, making our events appropriate and enjoyable for all members of the community. Our signature, themed concert experience engages with multiple aspects of a certain culture, idea, or artist, through cross-genre and cross-disciplinary programming.
