    The mission of the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Center for Community Health Improvement (CCHI) is to collaborate with underserved communities to improve health. MGH CCHI carries out this mission by working to reduce substance abuse and violence in Chelsea, Revere, and Charlestown, increasing access to care for vulnerable populations, eliminating racial +and ethnic disparities for all MGH patients and provide opportunities for students in Boston.
