  • About Us

The Kirkman House Museum was opened to protect and restore the beautiful 1880 Italianate home built by William Kirkman, an English immigrant and self-made man. We work to connect visitors with local history, to share the Kirkman family's fascinating story, and to recreate their home as it would have been in 1880.
