  • About Us

Therapetics is a Tulsa based non-profit that also serves the greater Oklahoma area. We focus on training Mobility and PTSD service dogs for individuals living with disabilities. We train in a variety of locations to provide our dogs with a wide range of experiences, so they may better serve our clients.

    The Service Dogs We Provide:

    Mobility Service Dogs

Our Mobility Assistance Service Dogs are trained to perform tasks that help with everyday chores that are made difficult by limited mobility. Tasks would include opening doors, carrying a bag, picking up dropped objects or emptying the dryer.

    PTSD Service Dogs

Our Psychiatric Service Dogs are trained to perform specific tasks that help reduce the symptoms of PTSD such as turning on lights, so that a veteran does not have to walk into a dark room; to sit/stay in a particular position to create a physical barrier that protects a veteran’s sense of safe space; and to alert to an approaching individual thus reducing a veteran’s state of hyper-vigilance, and providing a sense of security.
