    Emergency Network Los Angeles is an umbrella group of nonprofit organizations and government agencies working in the space of emergency management and community welfare. ENLA is Los Angeles County's official Voluntary Organization Active in Disaster (VOAD) unit, and works closely with faith and community-based partners to help the Los Angeles County Operational Area prepare for, mitigate against, respond to, and recover from disasters.
