About Us
The mission of Avalon Housing, Inc. is to develop, own and/or manage permanent leased housing that is affordable to people with low incomes, including those in minimum-wage employment or on limited fixed incomes. Avalon Housing is committed to the inclusion of persons with special needs who are underserved in the housing market.
In operating housing, Avalon utilizes an enhanced property management approach which maximizes problem solving with tenants, minimizes eviction, and ensures financial viability, property maintenance and safety.
