    Retreat Center of Maryland, Inc. (RCM) exists to offer programs and space to inspire and nurture body, mind, and spirit. Our guiding principles call on us to share healing practices and transformative experiences so that all of us can live more in harmony with ourselves, our community, and with nature. We seek to share practices that are culturally and spiritually inclusive and accessible and to attract a diverse population to our RCM community. We especially enjoy partnering with community organizations, jointly developing yoga and mindfulness programs that are geared to the needs of our community.
