    The Rhode Island Disability Law Center, Inc. is the federally-funded non-profit law office designated as the Protection and Advocacy system for the state of Rhode Island. As such, we have the authority to investigate allegations of abuse or neglect of individuals with disabilities within facilities, and we have the ability to represent individuals with disabilities in order to protect their civil and human rights.

    Our mission is to assist Rhode Islanders with differing abilities in their efforts to achieve full inclusion in society and to exercise their civil and human rights through provision of legal advocacy.
