    To support a healthy, resilient, and equitable Great Rochester region. (After all, a strong and vibrant Rochester is great for everyone — including ESL!)

    Our Vision

    We envision a Greater Rochester where all residents:

    • are well educated
    • have access to affordable housing and live in neighborhoods of their choosing
    • have access to quality employment opportunities

    Our Priorities

    We invest in partnerships and organizations that prioritize education, employment, housing, and strong neighborhoods — while helping move Greater Rochester in a positive and equitable direction through collaboration and partnerships with other local organizations.
