    The Federal Community Defender Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania provides legal representation to indigent persons charged and/or convicted of crimes in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In addition, the FCDO represents individuals, including those who have been sentenced to death, in post-conviction (habeas corpus) proceedings. Our staff of lawyers, investigators, paralegals, administrators and support staff are committed to providing excellent representation to our clients.
