  • About Us

Mission: Resource Coordination (RC) and Intensive Case Management (ICM) provided by FaSST Connections is designed to promote consumer access to community services and supports. We believe that by supporting the consumer to gain access to needed medical, social and educational resources, we are facilitating and fostering their recovery. FaSST Connections understand recovery as a voluntary and self-defining process of continuous emotional and personal growth. We see our role in that process, not as the driving force, but rather as a supportive facilitator. By encouraging and supporting people to take ownership of their own developmental journey we break with the societal assumption that consumers are “sick and powerless”. By challenging this assumption, we are able to focus on supporting people to create meaningful, personally fulfilling lives.
