Brooklyn Beans

Founded in 1980 in Park Slope, we offer preschool, after-school, and day camp programs, serving children from ages 1.9 to 9. Our mission is to create children’s programming that inspires children, is responsive to families, and whose decisions are always led by what is best for each child. Since our early inception, we’ve understood that children’s development and educational values start in very early years. We want learning to be joyful, respectful work where children use their words and their thoughts and ideas are valued.

Our philosophy is to provide meaningful and engaging activities for our students each and every day, striving to create an environment where students feel at home.
