    Through collaborative efforts with community partners since 1964, Lower Columbia CAP has provided support services, job training, food provision, and housing opportunities to help people in need live in dignity and to become self-sufficient.  The programs and services provided align with the agency mission statement; “Lower Columbia CAP strengthens communities by helping people out of poverty with access to food, housing, job training and support services”.

    Our primary activities respond to current and emerging community needs.
