About Us
Communities That Care is working with 3 other local non profits to recruit 4 Corporatation of National & Community Service VISTA members to come to Hutchinson to help build capacity of each of our non profits. Goal of the Project: The VISTA membesr will increase organizational efficiency and sustainability by helping to build capacity for Reno County Communities That Care, Reno County Drug Free Alliance, Interfaith Housing of Reno County, and the United Way of Reno County through recruiting volunteers, create data bases to help cultivate donors and supporters. As a result of the VISTA member’s service, the agencies will be able to meet the needs of the community by building the volunteer base and a sustainable funding sources and build ongoing community partnerships in order to reduce opioid use and poverty among youth Reno County.
