About Us
The Child Care Law Center educates, advocates and litigates to make child care a civil right. We are the only organization in the country dedicated to child care law. We have worked for more than 40 years to make child care available to every family who needs it, and to improve pay for child care professionals. We partner with child care providers, parents, and legal aid attorneys to shape fairer, more effective laws and policies at the local, state and national level.
