This is accomplished primarily by providing affordable, accessible continuing education and predictable, livable wages for teachers of professional level performance skills. HOME's programming focuses on audition prep, combination skills unique to live theater performance, and small business management skills. HOME's teachers are guaranteed a livable hourly wage untied to enrollment while retaining the flexibility needed to continue to pursue their own careers in performance, directing, choreographing, composing etc.
