The Intercultural Relations Program at Lesley University offers challenging graduate study to prepare students to work with culturally diverse populations, both domestically and internationally. Students design a flexible program based in one of three areas: International and Intercultural Education; Advocacy and Social Change; and Management and Leadership of Diverse Human resources. Field-based work and internships are an integral part of the curriculum. Students appreciate the tremendous relevance their academic work has to issues and concerns in the field. They go on to pursue careers in various areas, such as managing diversity, international education exchange, international student advising, intercultural management, international development, multicultural education, intercultural training, conflict management, and intercultural health and human services.
