    The American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri Foundation, Inc., (ACLU-MO), and its sister organization, the ACLU of Missouri, Inc., are IRS 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations respectively. We defend and expand the constitutional rights and civil liberties guaranteed to all Missourians under the US and Missouri Constitutions through strategic litigation, legislative advocacy, and public education programs on a broad range of issues including free speech, privacy, racial justice, religious freedom, LGBT equality, and reproductive justice.
