  • About Us

Building brighter futures since 1988, The Albany Police Athletic League (PAL), Inc. is a juvenile crime prevention program that brings local youth, City Police and Albany community residents together in non-law enforcement settings.

PAL accomplishes its goals by providing numerous educational, recreational, and athletic programs to thousands of Albany youth each year. These activities equip youth to build relationships, instill self-respect and discipline and develop character.

Ranging from Chess to Martial Arts, Youth Leadership to Lacrosse, there is a program for everyone at PAL! Membership is open to all youth who live in or attend school in the City of Albany, regardless of race, sex, or socio-economic circumstances.

PAL is dedicated to providing youth with the support and skills they will need to journey towards a bright future.
