  • About Us

The mission of Riverstone Senior Life Services (formerly Fort Washington Houses Services for the Elderly) is to provide supports and services that help older people (60 years or more) remain healthy, active and living safely at home as long as they choose. Special attention is paid to finding ways to help those with minimal supports - people who are frail, isolated, and/or low-income. Riverstone provides a range of services for independent seniors (Riverstone Senior Center), people with memory loss and their caregivers (Riverstone Memory Center), older adults with a developmental disability (Open Door), and seniors in need of social work assistance. Reflecting the needs of our community, all programs are offered in both Spanish and English.
