    Community Access Television (CAT), located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is a nonprofit organization that contracts with the City of Fayetteville to deliver television and media services to the community at little or no cost to residents. We broadcast on Cox Cable Channel 18. We offer low-cost training programs for all phases of basic video production for TV broadcast, and we provide equipment loans and use of our digital editing systems to our registered citizen-producers, all at no cost.
