Paso Robles Children's Museum

The Children's Museum at the Paso Robles Volunteer Firehouse was established as a public charity in 2003 with the help of civic leaders, the community, and countless volunteers. Four years later, the Museum opened its doors to the public at downtown Paso Robles’s restored and repurposed firehouse. In the years since, the Museum has welcomed hundreds of thousands of visitors.

The Paso Robles Children's Museum is a wonderful place for children and their families to learn-through-play in a safe, judgement free, and educational environment. While potentially dismissed as “just fun,” play is a proven vital activity through which children learn about and interact with their world.

As we enter our third decade in Paso Robles, the Museum aims to remain accessible to all members of the community, regardless of their financial background. Our ultimate objective is to foster a love for learning, spark creativity, support parents and caregivers, and provide a safe and engaging space for children to explore, discover, and develop crucial skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
