Founded in 1979, the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA), a 501(c)6 organization works to ensure the equitable participation of its constituents in the construction industry.
HACIA provides a wide range of trainings and technical and supportive services to minority, women, veteran and disadvantaged-owned business enterprises (M/W/V/DBE) in the construction and professional services industries.
HACIA believes that all qualified construction businesses and individuals should have fair and equal access to opportunities and education; and, therein, strives to build diversity and inclusion that strengthens the industry as a whole.
