Braeside Summer Camp NY

Braeside Camp offers a summer experience for underprivileged boys and girls from Orange County, ages 6 to 12. Now offering 4 two week overnight sessions along with 8 weeks of daycamp for a limited number of slots, depending on your desired enrollment. Braeside has been open and operating since 1899 and continues to offer an authentic sleep away camp experience to the children of Orange County. The camp is located over 15 acres of scenic land in the greater Middletown, NY, area. Camp facilities include sleeping cabins, which house over 80 campers, Corbett dining hall and recreation building, arts and crafts areas, a large in ground pool, basketball courts, playgrounds, campsites and wooded hiking trails along a scenic freshwater stream.

We are looking for overnight staff for both counselor and teaching positions for our residential program. Candidates needs to be career driven, motivated, with high energy and very positive attitude. Experience working with at risk children would be an asset. If you like to dedicate your summer making a difference in lives of hundreds of children, consider joining our dynamic team.
