    The Green School is a 9th-12th learning community that develops science, math, literacy, and social studies skills in the context of New York City’s many environments with a primary theme of sustainability. Through rigorous interdisciplinary curricula, and hands-on, experiential projects, students will engage with their environment, participate meaningfully in community life, and prepare for their futures. The lead partner of the school is Brooklyn Center for the Urban Environment. The Green School is committed to provide all students an education and the required skills that are transferable from the classroom to their collegiate and/or professional pursuits.
