About Us
The Resource Exchange (TRE) is a non-profit agency designated as the Community Centered Board (CCB) for El Paso, Park, and Teller Counties. Our mission is to create relationships and supports that connect people with developmental disabilities to the community. We provide a variety of services and supports to individuals who are deemed eligible for these services by being diagnosed with a developmental disability.
