About Us
Ravenswood Family Health Network is a federally qualified health center headquartered in East Palo Alto. In San Mateo County, we serve low-income residents of East Palo Alto, Menlo Park’s Belle Haven community, and Redwood City’s North Fair Oaks community. In Santa Clara County, we mainly serve low-income individuals and families in and around Sunnyvale, Mountain View, and Palo Alto.
Ravenswood Family Health Network’s (RFHN) mission is to improve the health of the community by providing culturally sensitive, integrated primary and preventive health care to all, regardless of ability to pay or immigration status, and collaborating with community partners to address the social determinants of health. RFHN’s vision is to educate, engage and empower patients to actively manage their health and become advocates for healthy living within their family and the community, inspiring others to value that good health is true wealth.
