The Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees Local Union No. 30 is a progressive labor organization, representing approximately 4,500 workers who work in hotels, restaurants, sport venues, institutional kitchens and clubs in the San Diego region. We are organizing workers to both raise the industry standard and empower workers to have a real say in their workplace.
