Greenwood Project

Vision: A finance industry without barriers to entry and advancement for Black and Latinx people.

Mission: We create career pathways in the financial services industry for Black and Latinx students. We partner with companies to find equitable and inclusive solutions for recruitment, retention, and advancement.

Since 2015, we have introduced over 400 underserved, diverse students to careers in financial services. We have partnered with over 50 companies to enhance their DE&I efforts.

Greenwood Project is an organization that benefits diverse, underserved students as well as our partner firms’ efforts towards enhanced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

Partners agree to invest in our work and hire our students as summer interns. Students receive extensive, paid training and are placed into a financial services internship.

We offer intensive, paid summer trainings and internship programs aimed at underserved, diverse, high-achieving students.

We enhance HR and recruitment efforts, we introduce our partners to highly qualified young adults and we help firms support and sustain those new colleagues throughout their careers.
