John Gavras Center, United Cerebral Palsy Association of Cayuga County, Inc.’s mission is to provide the highest quality Educational, Habilitative and Therapeutic Services in Cayuga and surrounding counties to help children, families and individuals grow as independent, healthy and productive citizens.

    We strive to be leaders in direct care service provision with programming of the highest quality for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. All of our efforts are to serve individuals so that they may attain set goals and reach their aspirations of life.
