The Center for Connected Health at Partners HealthCare is focusing on bringing healthcare to the everyday surroundings of the health consumer and their families. We are leading a set of strategic initiatives that use communication technologies to develop new models of care. These models include bringing healthcare to patients homes, through remote monitoring, and offering access to quality care through the Internet.

We are part of Partners HealthCare System in Boston, which was founded by Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital
