Pension Action Center

  • About Us

The Pension Action Center (PAC) is a free legal counseling service that helps people in New England and Illinois who worked for years to earn their pension benefits, only to have them wrongfully denied when they retire. In 24 years of operation, PAC's attorneys and counselors have helped over 9,000 people, and recovered $59 million in benefits. We are located within the University of Massachusetts Boston's McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies, and are part of the Gerontology Institute.
