About Us
Housing Bridge is a 501 (c) (3) organization that utilizes the expertise of the private sector as well as the social service community to build and strengthen a partnership between the family, landlord, and government to create effective solutions to housing retention, to build long-term housing stability for families thru providing skill building opportunities, addressing the underling causes of their homelessness, supporting landlords providing permanent housing and coordination with the government to ensure the family’s housing is sustained once they transition from the shelter system.
