    FAHS is a nonprofit organization created for the prevention of cruelty & relief of suffering among animals. We provide humane care and treatment of all animals needing protection. We attempt to find suitable homes for animals whose owners cannot be found. We work with breed rescues throughout the east coast in placing our animals and assisting transport of their animals to permanent homes. We are active in cruelty investigation within our county and surrounding counties. We work with neighboring community agencies to fight cruelty. Our hope and goal is to be able to raise funds to begin a low cost spay/neuter program for our area.
