    Founded in 1990, the East Oakland Community Project (EOCP) is a dynamic and growing organization that provides safety net and rapid re-housing services to a diverse base of homeless individuals in Alameda County, including single adults, families, young adults, seniors and people living with HIV/AIDS. Since 1990, EOCP has served over 17,000 homeless individuals.
