About Us
The Convent Avenue Family Living Center is a transitional facility where each family occupies a self-contained apartment with the expectation that permanent housing would be sought and leased within a short period of occupancy. In preparation for permanent living, residents are required to participate in the on-site Housing Readiness Program for independent living.
