Theatre Washington

The mission of theatreWashington is to work in tandem with the region’s dynamic professional theatre community to create and invigorate audiences, strengthen the region’s theatrical workforce, and celebrate excellence on Washington stages to foster a vibrant and nationally recognized community. As the primary service organization for the region’s theatres, tW provides support services and audience development initiatives that address the needs of 92 theatres, 5,000+ theatre artists and administrators, and one million+ audience members who attend productions in the region.
