    As the state office of the National Audubon Society, Audubon New Mexico's mission is to conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats for the benefit of humanity and earth's biological diversity. We aim to enhance the knowledge of New Mexico's citizens to make informed decisions about the protection of wildlife and to empower them to be active stewards of the planet. This conservation mission is accomplished through education, science, and public policy work.
