  • About Us

FLEOA is the largest nonpartisan, nonprofit professional association, exclusively representing more than 28,000 federal law enforcement officers from over 65 different agencies. FLEOA, founded in 1977, is a volunteer organization. FLEOA's primary tenet was, and still is, legal assistance and representation are only a phone call away. Equally as important is FLEOA’s advocacy for the federal law enforcement community, at both the legislative and executive branch levels, as well as supporting state and local law enforcement initiatives. FLEOA is frequently called upon to provide testimony at congressional hearings and important information for agency leadership throughout the federal government.
