    The Building Bridges - Second Chance Initiative is a Program of the Pennsylvania Prison Society. The goal of the Program is to provide reintegration mentoring, community resources and support services to incarcerated men and women being released from the State Correctional Institutions in Pittsburgh and Muncy.

    The Building Bridges Program strives to offer former offenders a bridge to resources that leads them to a rewarding reintegration process and a promising future
