Our mission is to help children reach their potential through professionally supported, one-to-one relationships with mentors that have a measurable impact on youth.
Our vision is that every child who needs and wants a Big Brother or Big Sister has one, and our Agency is recognized as the premier youth mentoring organization in Mercer County resulting in positive impact on the child, the volunteer, our schools and the community.
