    The Open Society Institute (OSI) is a private operating and grant-making foundation that develops, implements and funds programs in civil society, education, media, public health and human and women's rights, criminal justice and as well as social, legal, and economic reform. The Open Society Institute Washington Office (OSI-DC) will engage in a broad range of open society issues, including criminal and civil justice reform, human and women's rights, and U.S. policy in Latin America and Central Eurasia.
