    SAMUHA is Sanskrit for an organised group or society, and reflects our belief that development is best sustained when undertaken through group processes.

    Samuha has core competencies in the areas of disabilities; HIV/AIDS prevention, care & support; slum empowerment; and husbandry.

    Samuha also has experiences and expertise in thrift; community health; dryland horticulture; irrigation; watershed development; urban issues; appropriate information technology; and working with displaced persons.
