Team New Jersey Elite

Team New Jersey Elite is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt, publicly supported organization under Sections 501 (c)(3) of the IRS code, and is incorporated and registered in New Jersey. We are a baseball organization with a special focus on shaping future successful collegiate athletes. We have put a plan in motion to train athletes in an ELITE manner that will help shape their futures and achieve their dreams of becoming ELITE collegiate athletes. Our goal here is simple train hard, train right, and be ready for the opportunity. Team New Jersey Elite has helped over 300 student-athletes (ages: 8- 18) take on the challenges of baseball and life through our philosophy of skill-driven development and integrity. Within the confines of our professional experience, we instill our values of work ethic, sportsmanship, team concepts, and self-worth. We practice and condition on a regular basis because hard work and repetition pays dividends on and off the field. We focus on the well- rounded athlete. Our athletes are instilled with confidence to fulfill their true potential and reach their goal of playing baseball at the collegiate level. To mold a well-rounded student-athlete we have put together an all-inclusive program with a focus on athletics, academics, strength-conditioning, speed and agility, health and nutrition, character development, mentorship and community outreach programs.Team New Jersey Elite’s Mission Statement is to promote strong character development, the right attitude, a sense of accountability and citizenship in our organization. It is the purpose of TNJE to achieve this goal through fair play, good sportsmanship, and congenial fellowship, with professional leaders providing the example.
